Ann is a National Academy of Sports Medicine certified Personal Trainer, 2014. Ann has additional certifications in Behavior Change, Nutrition and Weight Loss Specialization. Further, she is certification in TRX, BoxMaster, Gravity, Flexibility, Group Training and Pilates.
As a high school, club and college field hockey coach, Ann spent decades coaching young women. Now, with her love of fitness and health, she focuses on menopausal and post-menopausal women.
